Halogenix is known for his up-tempo beats – but how speedy is he when it comes to putting a track together? We caught up with him in his north London studio to see how he fared in our 10 minute beat-making challenge. It’s a pretty lean, mean set-up the producer uses it, but as we quickly found out, he certainly knows his way around it, building glassy synth laters over a scurrying rhythms.
